1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Beauty Authority website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our website and spa.

2. Services

The Beauty Authority provides medical spa and aesthetic services including but not limited to facials, laser treatments, body contouring, and skincare consultations. All services are performed by licensed and certified professionals. Results may vary based on individual factors.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards for eligible treatments. Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value. Gift cards are non-refundable.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are cosmetic in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if contraindications exist.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Beauty Authority and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Beauty Authority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
